Summary:

We are seeking a CNC Machining Programmer with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a stable work history. This role involves developing CNC machine programs, supporting new CNC equipment projects, and innovating processes to enhance cost reduction, quality, and safety


Responsibilities:

Develop CNC machining programs using CAM Software for both new and existing parts.
Support the introduction of new CNC equipment, from planning through production.
Develop complex NC machining processes.
Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering to resolve issues.
Troubleshoot daily issues to support order fulfillment.
Innovate and implement improvement processes in cost, quality, and safety.
Test new processes and technologies effectively.
Understand manufacturing tool principles, tool design, and quality.
Interpret product modeling, GD&T, and print interpretation.
Maintain documentation for perishable tooling.


Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.


Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in 3D CAD and CAM software, including FeatureCAM, EDGECAM, or equivalents.
Competency in NC Programming.
Experience with lathes and machining centers for steel or iron machining.
In-depth knowledge of tooling systems.
Strong computer and office software skills.
Experience with in-process gauging.
Multi-axis machining expertise.

Strong motivation and initiative.
Background in robotics/automation.


Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $43.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
