Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of People to lead HR
operations and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment,
employee relations, and compliance
Act as a strategic HR business partner, providing guidance on
performance management and organizational design
Implement people-focused programs to enhance employee engagement
and promote a culture of excellence
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in digital
healthcare
Knowledge in payroll, benefits management, and HR compliance
Proven ability to recruit for diverse roles across clinical,
technical, and corporate positions
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience working with HRIS, payroll systems, and recruitment
platforms
