Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Talent Management to
develop and execute strategic talent management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies
aligned with strategic objectives
Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives and partner with
senior leaders to address critical business issues
Regularly report on the status and insights of talent programs to
the Board of Directors and CELT members
Required Qualifications
Education or experience equivalent to a four-year college degree;
graduate degree preferred
Ten or more years of experience in organization development
Proven experience in designing and implementing talent management
strategies
Strong project management skills
Tech industry experience preferred
