department is responsible for warehouse management, inventory
control, work order management, incoming receipts, and domestic and
international shipments of all items for Madison.-- This department
follows approved materials SOPs for the Madison site.-- The
Materials Management Team supports other departments in all
materials needs, including staging materials for manufacturing.The
Specialist I - Materials Management will perform daily work
assignments accurately, in a timely and safe manner. The position
will have sound technical aptitude and perform multiple projects at
a time. This position can work with moderate supervision.This is a
full-time on-site hourly position, Sunday - Friday 11:00pm -
7:00am--$5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus Available!! Catalent is committed

- Support Manufacturing and Labs with materials replenishment
reports
- Support Freezer/Cooler PMs as needed
- Using FEFO basis, pick, stock, verify identify, inventory, or
deliver materials as needed
- Ability to complete inventory cycle count activities as
requested
- Handle products using material handling equipment
- Strong Attention to detail necessary in a cGMP environment
- Maintain Inventory levels and associated records for
materials
- Transport materials as needed or requested by supervisor
between external local locations driving a straight truck
- Other duties as assigned--The Candidate:
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Wisconsin driver's
license is required
- Must be able to operate company owned transport vehicle as
requested
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a warehousing or
inventory management environment is required
- Prior experience operating warehouse equipment handheld
scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is preferred
- Prior cold storage material handling and alarm system
monitoring & Prior pharmaceutical or food manufacturing/processing,
& cGMP experience, is preferred
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Teams knowledge is
preferred
- Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional
