Analyze complaint trends and provide reporting updates to
management on outcomes and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
3+ years of management experience
5+ years of general customer service experience
Experience in complaints management
Proven track record in hiring, training, and coaching teams
Experience in a multiple-product financial services environment
