Job Description:
A company is looking for an Admissions Manager to oversee and
manage teams of Admissions Coaches to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Admissions Coaches with communication quality and
productivity
Analyze performance data and implement strategic changes as
necessary
Coach and develop employees while formulating successful
recruitment campaigns
Required Qualifications
Consultative advising certification required within three
attempts
Minimum of three years of experience in higher education enrollment
or related fields
Management experience preferred
No recent performance or attendance counseling within the last six
months
Bachelor's Degree required
