Key Responsibilities
Defines business requirements for advanced email and multi-channel
marketing capabilities
Drives execution of marketing journeys and collaborates with
analytics to measure performance
Creates and maintains documentation of operational processes and
workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts degree in a related field
3+ years of experience in marketing automation or similar roles
Expert knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
Experience with data management and database concepts
Strong experience in business case/user story development and
implementation
