Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Admissions for its
Substance Use Disorder Digital Care Program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and train the Admissions Department staff while directly
admitting new members
Track the admissions funnel and improve conversion rates through
experimentation and process optimization
Coordinate across departments to enhance workflows and increase
referrals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field
Certification or licensure as a Behavioral Health Qualified Health
Professional or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Experience with EHRs and/or CRMs, along with tech/quantitative
skills
Intermediate proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets
