Medical ProviderProvide comprehensive primary care services for Access patients in a collaborative effort with all care team members.
Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Medical Doctor OR Licensed Wisconsin Doctor of Osteopathic OR Licensed Wisconsin Physician Assistant OR Registered Nurse with License as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber
• Board certified (or board eligible) in Family Practice with or without Obstetrics
• Insurable for liability coverage as a physician
• Evidence of continuing education, as required
• Experience with supervising, motivating, and directing medical staff
• PA/NP required qualification: a minimum of three (3) years of experience Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with mid-level providers
• Experience working with diverse patient population or working within a community health center
