  • WI/Compact license
  • Must have completed 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years
  • Pediatric ICU experience required
  • Solid experience in PICU, and some CV ICU or cardiac step down or general cardiac experience required
  • AHA BLS
  • AHA PALS
  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred
  • Teaching Hospital Experience preferred
  • Trauma Level I Experience preferredOther Details:
    • Must be willing to work in the Peds ICU, IMC and GC units
    • Traveler's permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location
    • Floating - Travelers are the first. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization. During the traveler's assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:--- Join our remarkable highly skilled and committed multidisciplinary team, to provide family-centered care to critically ill or injured children and their families in this state-of-the art 21-bed unit.--- Provide comprehensive care for patients admitted with a wide variety of both medical and surgical problems. Problems include: acute head injuries, critical neurological disorders, pulmonary diseases, cardiac anomalies, organ transplantation, multi system organ failure, and ECMO.SHIFT: 36 hours/week. Evening/night, 1 Mon-Fri, every other weekendMinimum Requirements:Facility Requirement:--- Traveler's permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location.--- Floating - Travelers are the first.
