  • First-timers accepted: Yes (though not preferred).

  • RTO Restrictions: Please request RTO up front if possible. Travelers may be required to participate in holiday and weekend rotation.
  • Guaranteed Hours: If confirmed to 3x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 36 hours/ week. If confirmed to 4x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 48 hours/ week. If confirmed to shift lengths less than 12-hours, SSM will guarantee a min. of 40 hours/week.
