Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine and ongoing audits of telephonic nurse interactions
with members and documentation to ensure compliance and quality
standards
Create individualized feedback and coaching plans for nursing team
members based on audit findings
Support the development and delivery of training programs and
evaluate their effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; master's degree
preferred
Current RN license active, unrestricted, and in good standing
Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2
years in a training or quality auditing role
Previous experience in Oncology as a Nurse Navigator, Case Manager,
or in Disease Management
Proficiency in auditing and providing feedback to clinical team
members
