growth for Catalent.The Analytical Development team is responsible
for evaluating client analytical methods and/or
optimizing/developing methods required to support cell line,
upstream, and downstream development, and transferring them to the
QC department for phase appropriate validation. The team is also
responsible for characterizing primary and high order structures;
confirming product comparability across scale and establishing
product degradant profiles and specifications for reference
standards of mRNA proteins/mAbs generated at Catalent's Madison
site. This role will be focused on general laboratory support,
primarily equipment maintenance and upkeep, along with ensuring lab
analysts have the tools available for their everyday tasks.
Furthermore, this role will also support procurement of lab
reagents, compendial testing and general 5S of lab stock, enabling
a patient first culture that are essential in providing high
quality drug products for our clients and their patients.This is a
full-time on-site hourly position, Monday - Friday 8:00am to
5:00pmPlease Note: This role may require some weekend shift work to

Role: --
- Accurately complete routine and preventative maintenance on
laboratory equipment, including qualification and calibration, file
paperwork and work orders
- Execute general laboratory maintenance, dishwashing,
autoclaving, and solution preparation
- Order and stock consumables in general lab areas and satellite
areas
- Maintain organization and 5S standard in the lab areas and
execute and document 5S audits of laboratory space and updates as
needed or requested
- Assist in developing improvements to 5S standards, SOPs, and
systems required to improve and enhance team performance
- Some lab testing support (as required)
- Become fully trained on applicable departmental SOPs, write
procedural SOPs as necessary
- Strong understanding of GMP documentation and guidelines and
follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Other duties as assignedThe Candidate: --
- Must have High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of
experience--OR
- Associate's degree in STEM discipline with 2-5 years of
experience--OR
- B.S/B.A. in any STEM discipline with no related experience
- Ability to work effectively under accelerated timelines to meet
multiple deadlines.
- Well organized with ability to handle and direct multiple
activities simultaneously
- Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional
