Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Facilitator to facilitate
engaging learning experiences and support leadership development
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging learning experiences, both virtually and
on-site
Support the design, delivery, and maintenance of leadership and
professional development programs
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of learning programs to
drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in facilitating leadership and
organizational management courses
Mastery in utilizing multiple learning modalities, including
virtual and instructor-led sessions
Business acumen to effectively present and work through business
scenarios
Ability to facilitate coaching sessions for multiple levels of the
organization
Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% of the time for
in-person training sessions
