Position Title: Imaging TechnologistLocation: Upland Hills Health - Dodgeville Hospital CampusRole & Department: Imaging Technologist in the Imaging Services DepartmentHours & Shift: Part-time to Full-time (.5 to a 1.0 FTE) day or night shift position, some weekends and a holiday rotation includedRole Responsibilities:Perform imaging procedures for patientsSchedule, file, and perform data entry for the Radiology DepartmentEnsure patient comfort and follow patient safety protocolsParticipate in Quality initiatives for exceptional patient careWill function as part of the health care team using interdisciplinary approaches in delivering care to patients/residentsWill participate in organizational and departmental CQI activitiesWill transport and assist patients with proper placement for scansQualifications:Graduated from an AMA approved school of Radiologic TechnologyRegistered with the American Registry of Radiologic TechnologistsCertification and/or prior experience with performing CT's is beneficial but not requiredCertification and/or prior experience with performing Mammography scans is beneficial but not requiredCurrent BLS certificationPreferably have one year of experience under a Board Certified RadiologistPrior experience using the EPIC medical record system is preferred but not requiredEmployee Benefits: Comprehensive benefits packages available for both part and full-time employees! Bonus payments will be made based on the FTE schedule below: 1.0 FTE $5,000.9 FTE $4,500.8 FTE $4,000.7 FTE $3,500.6 FTE $3,000.5 FTE $2,500The Employment Bonus will be paid out at set times during the first 3 years of employment in 6 separate equal installments. Those respective bonus payments will be made at the following periods: after completion of 6 months, 1 year, 18 months, 2 years, 30 months and a final payment at the 3 year anniversary. This Employment Bonus will be paid for Imaging Technologist positions who are hired at a .5 FTE employment status or greater.
