Together, we accomplish great things!In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Execute timely and accurate generation of quotes for standard product offerings and subsequent order placement Review and resolve handling exceptions, clarifications, missing/unclear information, or issues for orders received by email and the website Provide positive customer experience by completing inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat for requests during the quote to order cycleThe essential requirements of the job include:

• Associate's degree
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office applications and proficiency in typing)It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Bachelor's degree
