Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Specialist to
support internal stakeholders in fulfilling its mission related to
mental health solutions.
Responsibilities
Independently review, redline, and negotiate various commercial
agreements and collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed
Work with the commercial team to streamline processes and enhance
efficiencies in the contracting process
Ensure compliance of commercial agreements with relevant policies,
laws, and regulations while providing support on business
matters
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; JD degree is a plus
4+ years of experience negotiating, drafting, and editing complex
commercial agreements
Experience in supporting internal projects and summarizing issues
from stakeholders
Preferred experience with legal teams in technology or healthcare
organizations
Ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple client demands
effectively
