Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Commissions Operations
Analyst to analyze commission data and resolve discrepancies to
maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily reconciliation and application of carrier
commissions
Research and resolve commission payments and system
discrepancies
Prepare operational deliverables and support audits related to
Revenue Operations controls
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or two+
years of relevant experience
Prior experience in cash reconciliation, accounts receivable, and
collections
Experience with data analysis, trending, and management
reporting
Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and experience with internal
controls testing preferred
Prior experience in the insurance or healthcare industry regarding
commission payments or collections
