Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage compensation strategy across various
pay structures
Conduct market analysis to develop competitive compensation
strategies
Ensure compliance with regulations and enable managers on
compensation philosophy
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in compensation program management,
preferably in a high-growth tech environment
Experience with compensation practices in the US, India, and
Europe
Proficient in analyzing salary survey and compensation market
data
Strong data analysis skills and experience with program
management
Ability to manage multiple large projects and meet deadlines
