Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Client Insights Analyst to
drive understanding of client needs and experiences in the employee
benefits market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage ongoing relationship tracking through client experience
surveys and research methodology
Analyze internal data and survey responses to develop actionable
insights
Participate in various client insight programs and projects,
including interviews and journey mapping
Required Qualifications
Experience in developing and executing survey research, preferably
with Qualtrics
Ability to translate data into insights and recommended actions
Strong data analysis and visualization skills
Solid understanding of basic statistical principles
Experience in the employee benefits and/or health insurance
industries
