LOCATION: Columbus, WI
SUMMARY: The IT Business Analyst provides cross-functional domain
knowledge with a primary focus on manufacturing and finance
processes. The IT Business Analyst works closely with subject
matter experts and application developers to gather and document
solutions requirements, document functional solutions, map and gap
requirements to standard system functionality, and assist with
end-to-end testing. The APC ERP solution will be a key
concentration area for the IT Business Analyst. The BI Analyst is
an expert with deep understanding of integration technologies and
architecture who works to model, execute, and manage data
integration practices that ingest, transform and provision data
across various sources into an organized and unified view.
Incumbents in this cross-functional role will have a strong
understanding of manufacturing and finance with keen communication
skills to collaborate at all levels.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEMasters/Bachelor's degree (M.S./B.S.) or
equivalent from a four-year college or technical school; with
five-years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general
business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures,
or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business
correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively
present information and respond to questions from groups of
managers, clients, customers, and the public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as
discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area,
circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic
algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to define problems, collect data,
establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret
an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or
diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete
variables.
