• Certification Details
• BLS - Basic Life Support
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • Job Details
  • 36-40 hours per week
  • Shifts will vary depending on operational needs
  • Night shifts may include 2200-0800 or 1800-0600
  • Weekend rotation
  • Another option for traveler: Wed-Wed 10hrs (8-on/6-off)
    • Job Requirements
    • Required per Vaya standard
    • Current/valid Drivers License required if driving is a requirement of the position
    • Required for Dialysis. Check Unit Description to determine if required for any other positions
    • National Certification/Verification within 30 days of start & upon expiration
    • Primary source verification within 30 days of start & upon expiration
    • Nursys verification within 30 days from start date
      • Additional Details
      • Must be issued by American Heart Association (AHA)
      • Renewals: Certificates of Completion/Attestation showing proof that renewal was completed will be accepted and allow candidate to continue working while they wait for a copy of their new card
