Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Evaluation Analyst to support
projects in public health and community health areas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development of evaluation and research study design and manage
quantitative and qualitative projects
Apply advanced statistical knowledge to survey design, data
collection, processing, and analysis
Engage with program leadership and stakeholders on evaluation
findings and recommendations
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Public Health Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Data
Science, or related field with specialized training in
evaluation
At least eight years of experience in conducting complex analyses
and program evaluation
Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research and
evaluation methods
Content area knowledge related to maternal and child health and/or
sexual and reproductive health programs preferred
Proficiency in statistical programs such as SAS and SPSS
