Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of International
Sales to lead the development and execution of brand strategic
plans for retail accounts and distributor markets.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with retailers and distributors to negotiate annual
business plans and optimize PNL
Identify and qualify new market opportunities while managing
communication across departments
Provide regular sales reporting and analysis to leadership,
participating in business and budget reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree plus 10 years of business experience in sales,
with a minimum of 5 years in international sales
Experience managing international distributor and direct to retail
models
Experience leading a team of 3 people
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in luxury wholesale account management in the beauty or
skincare industry
