Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Ecommerce to lead
onsite strategy for FSA and HSA stores online.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end site strategy for FSA and HSA stores, focusing
on customer experience and merchandising
Develop and execute content and navigation strategies,
collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams
Analyze performance metrics to drive optimization and enhance
product visibility and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in eCommerce
Proven experience in developing and executing content and
merchandising strategies
Proficiency in content management and merchandising tools;
experience with Constructor and Builder.io is a plus
Hands-on A/B testing experience; familiarity with A/B Tasty or
similar tools is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable
insights from data
